Beneath The Neon Sun

Beneath The Neon Sun is a two-piece progressive metal/rock BAND formed in early 2023 by guitarist/producer Rory Hatfield and vocalist/CO-PRODUCER Kye Solis.

Blending heavy riffs, SYNTH soundscapes, and IN-DEPTH storytelling, the band IS CREATING MUSIC That dELVES into an ORIGINAL, dystopian, “cyberpunk-inspired” world.

What began as a casual collaboration quickly evolved into a much larger narrative, with the duo now working across multiple interconnected albums. Their debut release, Pulmonis (due LATE 2026), is the first chapter in a graphic novel-style saga that explores the social and political decay of a THE city IT IS NAMED AFTER.

ThIS story is told through tightly linked lyrics, thematic motifs, and progressive song structures. The project weaves in commentary on class systems and exploitation, while leaving space for personal interpretation.

Currently, only one demo track is out publicly, but behind the scenes, the band has A FEW dozen songs in development and multiple albums in the works.
